Long Island Padel & Pickle

Active

The Long Island Padel & Pickle Club (“the Project”) is a visionary public-private partnership situated at Christopher Morley Park in Roslyn, NY. This initiative addresses the growing demand for modern, community-centric recreational spaces by developing a best-in-class, 40,000 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor facility dedicated to padel and pickleball—two of the fastest-growing racket sports globally.

The project includes six padel courts (to be expanded to eight), six pickleball courts, wellness amenities such as steam rooms, cold plunge, and yoga studio, as well as social and hospitality spaces including a café, lounge, and pro shop. Designed with both functional utility and high-end aesthetic appeal, the club caters to a wide demographic: from seasoned athletes to families, working professionals, and social players.

Backed by Nassau County under a long-term license agreement and led by an experienced team with decades in racquet sports facility operations, the Project will serve as a flagship destination for Long Island’s evolving recreation and wellness culture. With strategic funding options and robust early interest from national event partners and instructors, the club is well-positioned to deliver exceptional community value and attractive investor returns.
