Arik Kislin
Founder & Chairman, Linx Industries
Arik Kislin is the Principal and CEO of Linx Industries, a privately held real estate and investment firm with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. A seasoned developer and entrepreneur, Kislin brings decades of experience leading transformative projects in New York and internationally, known for his strategic vision, disciplined execution, and value-driven approach. Kislin began his real estate career with the redevelopment of the iconic Chelsea Market, a 1.5 million-square-foot mixed-use destination that helped catalyze the revitalization of Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. He later co-founded the Gansevoort Hotel Group, launching luxury lifestyle properties in the Meatpacking District, Park Avenue, and Turks & Caicos, reshaping the boutique hospitality landscape.His leadership at Linx Industries has driven a series of high-impact developments, including the Falchi and Macy’s Building in Queens, the JFK Logistics Center, Oak Hill Estates in Dix Hills, Polo Estates in Islandia, and a $230 million six-star resort and marina currently underway in Turks & Caicos. Beyond real estate, Kislin maintains an active investment portfolio across a wide range of industries. He is the founding investor behind Alerion Aviation, a private jet management and charter company with a fleet of 18 aircraft, and a former principal in Ocean Blue Management, a global luxury yacht services firm. His other ventures include ownership stakes in high-end restaurants, online real estate platforms, collectible appraisal services, parking lots, and car washes, among other businesses—demonstrating a broad entrepreneurial reach and a sharp eye for scalable opportunities. President
Scott is a seasoned real estate professional with a track record of steering high-value development and investment projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. As a principal at Linx Industries, he plays a key role in overseeing strategic planning, development execution, and stakeholder relationships across the firm’s diverse portfolio. With deep experience in navigating complex entitlements, financing structures, and public-private coordination, Scott has helped bring transformative projects to life—from large-scale residential communities on Long Island to innovative commercial developments in urban markets. Scott is known for his hands-on leadership style, creative problem-solving, and ability to build consensus among partners, public officials, and project teams. His current focus includes managing capital relationships, advancing major developments, and guiding the firm’s long-term growth strategy.


Seth M. Kislin
Vice President
Seth Kislin serves as Vice President at Linx Industries, where he leads the firm’s expansion strategy across real estate, hospitality, and private aviation. With more than a decade of cross-sector experience, he specializes in identifying growth opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving long-term value across a range of asset classes.
Seth began his career in real estate finance at Cantor Fitzgerald and went on to gain development experience in multifamily real estate projects and hotel entitlements in the Caribbean’s. He holds a degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and continues to play a key role in broadening Linx’s presence in both established and emerging markets.


Felix Shneiderovsky
General Council
Felix Shneiderovsky brings nearly three decades of legal experience to his role as General Counsel of Linx Industries. A seasoned attorney with deep expertise across multiple areas of law, Felix has served as trusted counsel to Linx and its affiliated entities since 2012—overseeing matters related to corporate formation, compliance, business transactions, and international corporate structuring. Felix graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College in 1992 and earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1995. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1996 and is also admitted to practice in the Southern and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court. Prior to joining Linx, Felix spent nearly 30 years in private practice as the principal of Felix Shneiderovsky, P.C., where he successfully handled over 5,000 cases. His practice spanned a broad range of legal disciplines, including business law, insurance law, personal injury, medical malpractice, and trial advocacy. Known for his sharp legal mind and pragmatic approach, Felix continues to play a critical role in supporting Linx’s diverse portfolio of real estate, aviation, and investment ventures.


Elena Kremen
Executive Manager
Elena brings a unique blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and executive support to her role at a multi-industry company spanning hospitality, private aviation, real estate, and public relations. As Executive Assistant to the Chairman, she manages daily operations, partners with the CFO on budgeting and accounting, and ensures tax compliance across multiple entities.
She oversees payroll for several internal companies, provides financial analysis to support strategic decisions, and manages a luxury Caribbean property, leading revenue strategy, staffing, and guest services. Known for her precision and professionalism, Elena also coordinates complex executive travel and delivers seamless logistical support company-wide.
